Cornwall's Junior Chef of the Year!
On Thursday, Jorgia Pickett competed in the Cornwall heat of the South West Junior Chef of the Year competition.
Jorgia beat 5 other excellent finalists from schools across the county to be crowned Cornwall Young Chef of the Year.
She cooked shellfish linguine with pan fried monkfish and wowed the judges with her skills and excellent outcomes.
Jorgia now goes forward to be mentored by Stephanie Delourme, Head Chef of The seafood Restaurant (Rick Stein) in Padstow and will compete at the regional finals in October.
