£10.50 PER HOUR
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with good communication skills to join our team of Examination Invigilators on a casual basis to supervise students undertaking College examinations at various times during the academic year. Working hours are typically from 8.30 am until 11.30 am for morning sessions and 12.30 pm until 3.30 pm for afternoon sessions. Our invigilators often work whole day sessions if required and flexibility is crucial to the effective invigilation of examinations. These appointments are offered on a casual basis depending upon the examination timetables of the College. Training will be provided.
This role is essential to the smooth running of the examination process. In addition to ensuring correct examination procedures are followed, the successful applicants will be responsible for the setting out and collection of examination papers and materials, admitting students to the examination hall/room, invigilating during the examinations, responding to candidate queries and collating the examination papers to be sent off to the examination boards.

Be accurate, honest, trustworthy and reliable. Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team under the guidance of the Examinations Manager. Have a flexible approach to working to be able to fit within the examination timetable.
